Job Summary

We're looking for a creative and organized individual to plan and implement engaging programs, activities, and events that enhance the lives of our residents. As an Activity Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others and be part of a dynamic team that values teamwork, respect, and open communication.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement activity programs that promote physical, social, cognitive, and spiritual well-being
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to identify and meet their needs and interests
  • Plan and coordinate events, activities, and entertainment that enhance the resident experience
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to promote participation and engagement
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activity programs and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license
