Focus Staff is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in Reno, Nevada.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of complex specialized tasks, including operating radiographic equipment to perform vascular and neuroradiology angiographic and interventional procedures.
Responsibilities:- Perform a range of diagnostic imaging procedures, including angiography and interventional procedures.
- Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images.
- Assist radiologists in performing exams and providing clinical excellence.
- Develop and maintain skills in various clinical systems, including McKesson RIS, Physician Portal, PCM, PMM, Kronos, PACS, PHS, and Teletrak.
- Monitor and ensure equipment performance to specification.
- Assist in maintaining an adequate level of supplies required for patient care.
- Proven experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
- Independent decision-making skills.
- Solid understanding of patient safety and precautions.
- Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
- Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees.
- Meet all local health regulations and successfully complete a post-offer health assessment.
At least 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
