  • Provide Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions to help patients achieve their goals.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation from an approved Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
  • Licensure: Valid California License to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Constantly required to push/pull and lift light objects less than 50 lbs. Occasionally required to push/pull more than 300 lbs. and lift in excess of 50 lbs. Frequently required to remain in uncomfortable positions for long periods of time, such as bending over equipment, counters, tables, and squatting.
