As a Shift Lead at Läderach, you'll be more than just a team member; you'll be a brand ambassador, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our dedication to quality and service. • Customer Experience Champion: Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.
• Team Leadership & Development: Provide guidance and training to Store Associates, ensuring they are equipped to meet production goals and deliver outstanding service.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, maintaining store standards, product merchandising, and food safety protocols.
• Sales & Performance: Contribute to achieving sales objectives and upholding loss prevention measures.
• Collaboration & Communication: Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to a positive work environment.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in premium retail or a fast-paced customer-focused environment, preferably within the food industry.
• Proven leadership skills with a passion for coaching and mentoring others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with both team members and customers.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
• A genuine passion for chocolate and the Läderach brand.
