As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using logical and systematic methodologies.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including field fault analysis, calibration of instrumentation, and component replacement.
- Repair and maintain various equipment, including electronic, digital, and AC/DC motors and controls.
- Conduct fault analysis of hard-wired relay logic, motor control circuits, and motor power circuits.
- Access and use PLC logic programming to troubleshoot production equipment.
- Recommend process or procedure changes based on observed equipment behavior.
- Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices such as ohmmeters and voltmeters.
- Install, examine, replace, or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components.
- Maintain current and accurate maintenance data to determine historical records and future maintenance requirements.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
- Strong electronic background and computer skills (Microsoft Office, CMMS, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and OEM manuals.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and manufacturing equipment.
- Familiarity with normal test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Ability to read and interpret precision measuring devices.
- Capability of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a high-speed, fast-paced environment.
- Pass written and hands-on certification tests.
