Health Advocates Network is a leading healthcare provider seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in State Farm, Virginia. As a Vital Care Provider, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and support in a correctional facility setting.

Salary: $26 - $32.40 per hour (W2)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse who can administer high-quality patient care, communicate effectively with patients and staff, and maintain accurate medical records. Your ability to build rapport with patients and demonstrate a caring demeanor will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
  • Maintain accurate patient medical records
  • Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
  • Provide companionship and basic care to patients

Requirements:

  • At least one year (12 months) of previous working experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
  • Proficiency in the English language
