**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Quality Technician to join our team at Vericast. As a Process Quality Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections of our production environment to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Equipment Quality Testing: Perform equipment quality tests, such as motion quality, signal strength, and MICR sampling, to identify potential issues.
  • Spoilage Evaluation: Evaluate and count spoilage to identify areas for improvement.
  • Quality Support: Provide quality support to production teams, including troubleshooting and resolving quality-related issues.
  • Sample Processing: Produce and process samples for quality control purposes.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct research and root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend daily team meetings and collaborate with team members to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

  • Strong Technical Skills: Possess strong technical skills, including experience with MS Office and computer systems.
