In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Legal Department Supervisor, applying your knowledge of immigration regulations to support our clients effectively. We seek candidates who possess outstanding case management abilities and a commitment to client service excellence. The successful applicant will be well-versed in the procedural nuances of various visa categories and will engage in comprehensive aspects of our Immigration practice.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate case documentation and prepare immigration petitions for filing
  • Engage with clients and foreign nationals to address procedural inquiries
  • Oversee case management systems and facilitate client communications
  • Assist attorneys in managing their caseloads while ensuring client satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Immigration Law
  • Fluency in Spanish is essential
  • Familiarity with various immigration petitions
  • Proficient in Case Management Software
