Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and replace liners as needed
  • Operate cleaning equipment and supplies to meet Kimco standards
  • Lock doors and secure buildings to ensure safety and security
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a related field
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs. on a continuous basis and occasionally up to 50 lbs. unassisted
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
