Compensation for a Heavy Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Key Responsibilities of a Heavy Equipment Maintenance Specialist
The role encompasses, but is not limited to, the following tasks:
- Conduct maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on construction, agricultural, or power generation systems.
- Demonstrate troubleshooting capabilities across all diesel technology systems and components, including hydraulics, electrical systems, and power trains.
- Opportunity for overtime based on workload (overtime is compensated at 1.5 times your hourly rate for hours exceeding 8 per day).
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment proactively.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
- Commit to continuous learning and training to stay current with industry standards and product advancements.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Potential travel to various Butler and customer locations.
