Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a comprehensive range of physical therapy services in accordance with the clinical privileges assigned.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient assessments.
  • Implement manual therapy techniques to improve and maintain patient mobility.
  • Assist and educate patients in various physical exercises and the proper use of assistive devices.
  • Utilize soft tissue mobilization and traction methods to relieve discomfort.
  • Maintain accurate records of treatment procedures and patient advancements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to modify treatment strategies and ensure holistic patient support.
  • Provide preventive care and promote wellness through educational initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree for those who graduated prior to January 1, 2002.
  • Graduation from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
  • Certification in CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and Basic Life Support is required.
  • Fulfillment of clinical competency standards as outlined in specific credentialing guidelines.
  • Possession of a valid and unrestricted license to practice physical therapy.
  • A National Provider Identifier is essential upon commencement of employment.
