You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on current sales and promotions, and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on current sales and promotions
Ensure a visually appealing store environment, maintaining standards in merchandise handling, presentation, and visual displays
Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance
Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques and communication of product knowledge to customers
Maintain accurate records and reports, as required

Requirements:

1-2 years of retail or sales experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives

Physical Requirements:

Constant walking/standing (up to 8 hours)
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift)
Frequent climbing (34%-66% of 8-hour shift)
