Key Responsibilities:
1. Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
2. Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
3. Ensure proper cleaning of dishes, glassware, flatware, equipment, and utensils in compliance with local regulations.
4. Dispose of trash appropriately and maintain cleanliness of garbage containers.
5. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
6. Assist in setting up banquet tables and buffets.
7. Help with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.
8. Label, date, and store all food items correctly.
9. Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as necessary.
10. Adhere to sanitation and safety protocols.
11. Support food preparation and perform other assigned tasks.
12. Attend required in-service training sessions as directed by supervisors.
13. Embody the Sun Health Vibrant Living culture and provide exceptional service experiences by consistently demonstrating our core values.

Qualifications:
1. Ability to demonstrate safe knife handling techniques.
2. Must possess or be able to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
3. Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required at the time of hire.
