Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Packaging Machine Operator to join our team at Shearer's Foods. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain packaging equipment to meet production standards
  • Monitor and adjust equipment settings to optimize production efficiency
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure product quality
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods
