Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Ortho Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric orthopedic care and a passion for delivering high-quality patient-centered services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments: Evaluate patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Foster strong relationships: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Serve as a clinical leader: Supervise and mentor therapy aides, students, and volunteers to promote excellence in care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives: Contribute to ongoing efforts to enhance patient outcomes and services.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Licensure: Earned Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy and hold current licensure to practice in Texas.
  • Certification and Experience: Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and possess at least 3 years of experience in a related field.

Compensation and Benefits: Enjoy a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
