Clinical Services Specialist

As a member of our team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality ABA services by coordinating day-to-day operations, providing clinical services, and leading training initiatives.
About the JobThis is a full-time, salaried position that requires a valid Minnesota Driver's License with an acceptable record and experience working with children with special needs. You will need to possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
The estimated hourly salary range for this position is $22-$25, commensurate with experience. We also offer paid training in Applied Behavior Analysis practices and compensation increases for taking and passing Registered Behavior Technician certification.
Key Responsibilities- Support the ABA program by coordinating day-to-day staffing needs and monitoring intake and discharge processes
- Lead onboarding training for Behavior Therapists and assist in ongoing staff training
- Develop and maintain educational materials on autism spectrum disorders and related disorders for families and CAS staff
- Collaborate with Client Services to ensure quality of client care
