Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and communicate with staff regarding prescriptions, records, referrals, and billing.
  • Perform administrative duties efficiently and effectively, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a related field is required.
  • Fluency in Spanish is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A calm and professional demeanor is necessary when handling multiple tasks and interacting with patients and staff.
  • Strong computer and organizational abilities are essential for success in this role.
  • An active listener and critical thinker will thrive in this fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
