As a PTA, you will work in a home care setting, providing high-quality care to patients in their own homes. Key Responsibilities- Participate in the development and evaluation of patient care plans in collaboration with patients, representatives, and caregivers.
- Provide ordered services by physicians as indicated in patient care plans.
- Assist treating physical therapists in documenting patient progress and response to treatment.
- Counsel and educate patients and caregivers to promote progress toward mutually established goals.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Minnesota.
- Two years of experience as a PTA preferred.
- Able to travel within the geographic area serviced by the office.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
- CPR certification.
- Hourly range: $32.00.
- Mileage reimbursement and company car program.
- Generous PTO, medical, dental, vision insurance, holiday pay, 401k, HSA with company contribution, and more.
- 100% clinical license reimbursement.
- CEU reimbursement up to $400 a year and 2 days of CEU time off.
- Scrubs allowance.
