Early Childhood Resource Teacher Role

As a Resource Teacher at Bright Horizons Children's Centers, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children. Your responsibilities will include leading hands-on activities, communicating with parents, and maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engaging activities to meet the needs and interests of children.
  • Communicate daily with parents, documenting and sharing important milestones in their child's day.
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by following established procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required.
  • Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred.
  • At least 12 months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
  • Candidates must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to ensure compliance with enhanced health and safety protocols.
