Job Summary:

As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our retail stores. You will work closely with our Store Manager and Distributor Sales Consultants to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Perform day-to-day operations of the retail store, including inventory management, cash handling, and store upkeep.
  • Communicate effectively with area DSCs to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and participate in training opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain a high standard of store appearance, including merchandising, product placement, and cleanliness.
  • Accurately process sales transactions, balance cash drawers, and handle returns and discounts.
  • Stay current with market trends and make product recommendations to drive sales.

Requirements:

  • You possess a cheerful working attitude and a passion for the beauty industry.
  • You have prior retail sales experience and a strong ability to work independently and with others.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced workplace and enjoy problem-solving.
  • You are familiar with POS systems and can learn new technologies.
  • You can work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays if needed, and have reliable transportation.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma required; retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours per day and lift up to 30 pounds.
