Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mission Support Specialist to join our team at Professional Management Enterprises. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our federal employees and contractors in the management of personal property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Local Accountability Officer (LAO) in the full lifecycle management of personal property, including training, SAP property management, and adherence to CBP guidance.
  • Maintain 100% accountability of all personal property by managing personnel files and performing inventories twice a year.
  • Support the acquisition and disposal of personal property in accordance with CBP guidance and policy.
  • Provide onboarding support and maintain the OFAM Strategic Onboarding Initiative, including new employee orientation and integration.
  • Review new hires, separations, and transfers for all OFAM federal employees and determine necessary actions.
  • Support PIV issues, troubleshooting, maintenance, and creation/issuance in assigned CBP locations.
  • Provide daily operations support, including greeting visitors, answering questions, and granting access to CBP facilities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be proficient in SAP property management and have a strong understanding of CBP guidance and policy.
