**Job Summary**

Frontier Dermatology is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Operations Manager to oversee healthcare-related projects across our clinics, manage facilities and supply chain operations, and ensure project success and effective support for clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Plan, manage, and execute healthcare-related projects from conception to completion, aligning them with clinic operational needs.
  • Facilities Management: Manage facilities maintenance projects, ensuring that clinic environments are safe, efficient, and meet regulatory standards.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee supply chain operations, including inventory control, supplier management, and optimization of resources.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategies to streamline supply chain processes and improve cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between project teams and key clinical and operational stakeholders.
  • Resource Allocation: Partner with the field operations team and cross-functional teams to ensure resources are aligned with project demands.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project outcomes, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Use data analysis to identify areas for improvement in clinical and healthcare processes, implementing solutions that drive better patient and operational outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); five years of logistics, supply, project, and maintenance management experience preferably in a healthcare setting; and five years management experience; OR
  • Certifications: A bachelor's degree in a business or healthcare administration field; three years of logistics, supply, project, and maintenance management experience preferably in a healthcare setting; and five years management experience.
  • Preferred Certifications: One of the following certifications in project management: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Project Director, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or Certified Project Management Practitioner (CPMP).
