At IntelyCare, we're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Skilled Healthcare Support Professional to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional care to residents in post-acute facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Personalized Care: Deliver personalized care to residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
  • Monitor Vital Signs: Measure and monitor residents' vital signs, including blood pressure and temperature.
  • Support Daily Living Activities: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Facilitate Social Interactions: Encourage and facilitate social interactions among residents, promoting a sense of community.
  • Collaborate with Nursing Team: Work closely with the nursing team to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
  • Document Resident Information: Accurately document resident information, including medical history, allergies, and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification: Current and valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ Year of Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
