Pharmacy Clerk

As a Pharmacy Clerk at Stop & Shop, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our pharmacy team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist pharmacists in providing outstanding customer experiences, maintaining confidentiality of customer and company information, and operating the point-of-sale systems. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist pharmacists in delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer complaints
* Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
* Operate the point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
* Assist with inventory management and restocking of pharmacy supplies
* Provide general support to the pharmacy team as needed
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous experience in a retail or pharmacy environment preferred
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
