Preschool Gymnastics Program Supervisor

The Preschool Gymnastics program, known as Tumble Bees, is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual who has a genuine love for working with young children, ranging from 6 weeks to kindergarten age. This role demands a creative, dedicated, and intelligent leader to oversee our most significant program. We prioritize strong leadership and a commitment to excellence, and we are eager to find the ideal candidate.

The Tumble Bees Program Supervisor will enjoy a flexible schedule, particularly during key programming hours. In addition to leading classes, the Supervisor will manage daily operations, explore innovative ideas, and foster the growth and success of the Tumble Bees program. Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, motivating, and training new staff members
  • Developing and implementing lesson plans
  • Organizing special events for preschool gymnastics
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym

This supervisory position offers a work schedule of 35-40 hours per week. Full-time roles at Kids First come with benefits such as health, vision, dental coverage, a 401K plan, tuition discounts, and paid time off.
