We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QIDP Manager to join our team at Community Integrated Living Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential programs, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our clients.

• Develop and implement Implementation Strategy Plans, outcomes, behavior strategies, and goals for our clients.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure staff are equipped to provide high-quality care.
• Maintain open communication with OSG, family guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of care.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of QIDP progress notes, CIRAS reports, and other required documentation.
• Supervise and support staff in their roles, providing guidance and coaching as needed.
• Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care planning.
• Monitor and address any issues or concerns related to client care or program operations.
• Develop and implement plans to improve program outcomes and client satisfaction.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• QMRP and QIDP training complete.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Verified background check and DSP certification.

The QIDP Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing high-quality care and support to our clients.

The physical demands of this role include frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds. The employee must be able to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders, and be able to work in a variety of settings, including residential programs and community-based settings.
