We are a leading agronomy firm seeking an experienced Sales Agronomist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to take your agronomy career to the next level and expand your business. As a Sales Agronomist, you will be responsible for selling chemicals, fertilizers, and seeds while helping customers maximize their yield and productivity.

Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with current growers, prospecting new clients, providing top-tier agronomic advice, performing soil and tissue samples, and staying updated on the latest agronomic trends and tech.

Requirements:
We are looking for a proven track record in agronomy sales, ideally in seed, chem, and fertilizer (5 years preferred). Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook) are also required. Additionally, self-motivation, ambition, and goal-orientation are essential for success in this role.

Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. The company offers a competitive base salary, bonuses averaging 50% of your base after year 1, a company vehicle, paid cell phone, and laptop. We also provide a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and more. A 401k with 8% match is also available.
