As a Pool Technician, you will be essential in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of our clients' swimming pools. Your responsibilities will include managing chemical levels, identifying potential problems, and delivering outstanding service that impresses our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely lift tools, chemicals, and equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform daily pool maintenance and water treatment using industry-standard practices.
- Conduct routine checks on Salt Chlorination systems and report any issues immediately.
- Analyze water quality to ensure optimal safety and balance.
- Maintain pool filtration systems and service circulation equipment.
- Execute safety inspections to confirm that equipment and barriers are functioning properly.
- Document cleaning supplies, chemicals, and spare parts accurately.
- Effectively communicate with clients regarding maintenance findings.
- Participate in ongoing safety and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 19 years.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history for at least three years.
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background checks, drug tests, and MVR evaluations.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- No prior pool service experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
