Currency Exchange International is a leading provider of foreign exchange services, and we are currently seeking a Part-Time Teller to join our team. As a Teller, you will be the face of our company and interact with customers on a daily basis, providing exceptional customer service and handling financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle financial transactions, including cash exchanges, wire transfers, and other services.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing transactions and managing cash.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Ability to work in a customer-facing role, providing excellent service and support to customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with financial software.
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy when processing transactions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Previous experience in a cash-handling role or similar position.
