Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As an SLP, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to students in a supportive learning environment.

About the Position

This is a full-time opportunity for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to work with students from elementary to high school levels. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and be passionate about helping students achieve their communication goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • IEPs and Therapy Goals: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals tailored to each student's needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or eligibility for licensure.
  • ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and CFs.
  • At least 1+ years of experience working with school-aged children, including those with diverse needs.
