Job Overview

United Digestive is a leading healthcare organization seeking a skilled Medical Professional to join our team. As a Clinical Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities

* Provide medical assistance to patients in a hospital setting, receiving training and direction from practice physicians
* Complete inpatient hospital coverage and rounds at the hospital
* Accurately provide and counsel patients with information for medical treatment or procedures
* Dictate for hospital consults performed
* Answer emails and voicemails and return patient calls in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality with regards to patient information

Requirements

* Master of Medical Science, Physician Assistant or Master of Science in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner required
* Adult or acute care Nurse Practitioner experience preferred
* Computer literacy and ability to operate Practice Management software and multiple Microsoft Office applications

Physical and Environmental Demands

* Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment
* Travel as business needs dictate
