Vintner Specialist

The successful candidate will possess expertise in recommending fine wines, creating engaging wine experiences, and maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the process.

• Select wines from our extensive collection that best suit customers' tastes and dietary requirements
• Promote wine education through presentations and workshops catering to diverse audiences
• Develop and execute wine-tasting events and trade shows that showcase our brand's exceptional offerings
• Expertly manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
• Advise staff on wine storage, handling, and presentation techniques to maintain a flawless customer experience
• Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, driving business growth through strategic partnerships
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and other regulatory requirements

• Professional sommelier certification or relevant industry experience
• A bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field (preferred)
• Extensive knowledge of wine production methods, wine regions, and current market trends
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and client interaction
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate variable shifts and some travel

$50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
