Veracyte is seeking a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) professional to serve as the subject matter expert for Workday, managing full-cycle administration, implementation, and maintenance of various functionalities within the platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytics and project management skills to turn unstructured business issues into action plans that result in meaningful strategic or tactical recommendations.

Responsibilities include regular data audits and validation, identifying opportunities for process and operational improvements, and developing project plans to monitor progress of HRIS initiatives.

Able to document business requirements for potential configuration changes within the HRIS and train Trainers on Workday system and processes.

Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Workday, with a minimum of 8 years' HR experience, including at least 2 years' HRIS experience or currently certified in Workday.
