Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Telemetry

We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Telemetry to join our team at Medical Solutions. As a Travel Nurse RN Telemetry, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

This Travel Nurse RN Telemetry position is a 13-week assignment with 36 hours of work per week. You will be working 12-hour night shifts, providing care to patients in a telemetry unit. As a Travel Nurse RN Telemetry, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Maine
  • Experience working in a telemetry unit
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
