Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Ensure that our patients receive exceptional care and service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations and Administration: Collaborate with our medical staff to set goals, objectives, and budgets, and ensure that our office is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our office is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA.
  • Technology and Software: Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling software to manage our patient data and schedules.
  • Support and Assistance: Provide support and assistance to our medical staff as needed, including assisting with patient flow, preparing exam rooms, and performing administrative tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in medical office management.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent customer service skills, ability to learn quickly and think critically, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
