Job Overview

Hermes Worldwide Inc is seeking a skilled and experienced Luxury Chauffeur Driver to join our team. As a key member of our chauffeur services, you will be responsible for safely transporting clients to their destinations in a punctual manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely Transport Clients: Ensure the safe and timely arrival of clients at their destinations.
  • Maintain Vehicle Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, providing a welcoming environment for clients.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Build positive relationships with clients through excellent communication and attentive service.
  • Plan Efficient Routes: Plan efficient routes to minimize travel time and avoid delays.
  • Assist Clients: Assist clients with any special requests or needs during their journey.
  • Conduct Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly.

Requirements
  • Age: Be at least 25 years old.
  • Driving Experience: Have two years of passenger driving experience.
  • Driving History: Have an impeccable lifelong driving history.
  • Background Check: Be able to pass a background check and drug test (including marijuana).
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate exceptional customer service and time management skills.
  • Vehicle Handling: Demonstrate the ability to handle various vehicle types, including EVs, Sedans, SUVs, and Vans, and to drive safely under pressure and in adverse traffic/weather conditions.
  • Adaptability: Adapt quickly to state-of-the-art apps and technology.
