About REI Engineers
We are looking for a skilled Bid Response Specialist to help us develop winning proposals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing RFQs, creating compelling content, and ensuring compliance with requirements.
Job Summary
The Bid Response Specialist will work closely with our Marketing Manager to coordinate project responses, project descriptions, and resumes. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze RFQs and create content for readability, consistency, and clarity.
- Participate in proposal review and approval processes to meet deadlines.
- Use word-processing, desktop publishing, and graphic design skills to produce proposal materials.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to coordinate project responses.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in marketing, English, journalism, communications, or related field.
- Proficient with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign.
- Two or more years' experience in RFP/proposal management, desired.
- Marketing or business experience preferred.
- Experience in architectural/engineering industry and/or building envelope industry preferred.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
