About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Overnight Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for baking fresh bread and pastries every night, ensuring that they meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bake a variety of breads and pastries to meet customer demand
  • Prepare ingredients and equipment for baking
  • Ensure all baked goods are presented attractively and are of high quality
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges
  • Perform other tasks as needed, such as stocking, prep, and sanitation

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a baker or in a related field (training provided)
  • Ability to work 3rd shift (10 p.m. - 8 a.m.)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation, ability to work independently, and a positive attitude
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
