Job Title: Part-Time Soccer Coach for Children

Soccer Shots San Joaquin County is seeking a part-time soccer coach to lead our weekday morning sessions for children aged 2-10. As a coach, you will be responsible for delivering our engaging and character-building curriculum, providing a positive and fun experience for our young players.

Responsibilities:
  • Coach and manage Soccer Shots sessions during the week at schools, preschools, daycares, community centers, and parks.
  • Deliver our Soccer Shots curriculum and experience, focusing on skill and character development in sessions.
  • Provide a pleasant customer experience to daycare center staff, directors, and parents.
  • Arrive on time at your locations/sessions and maintain equipment.
  • Complete training and evaluation, including new coaches' training and coaching evaluations.
  • Attend meetings either in-person or online.
Requirements:
  • Previous soccer experience as a player or instructor is preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to drive to different locations.
  • Personal mobile phone with data.
  • Clear background check through Live Scan.
  • High school diploma or GED minimum.
Compensation:

$20+ per session. Saturday morning positions are also available.

Location:

We are looking for weekday morning coaches to cover Brentwood, Discovery Bay, Oakley, Antioch, and Pittsburg.
