Key Responsibilities- Inspecting Incoming Materials: Utilize microscopes and measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, micrometers, and comparators to inspect incoming materials.
- Documenting and Calculating Test Results: Document and calculate test results to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Identifying Non-Conforming Product: Identify non-conforming product through the NC and MRB process.
- Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Wastes Handling and Storage: Handle and store hazardous and non-hazardous wastes in a safe and responsible manner.
- Maintaining Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections and test results.
- Cleanroom Environment: Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Strong Document Control Experience: Proven experience in document control and management.
- Experience in Acceptable Quality Limits (AQL): Experience in AQL and ability to perform inspections via drawings.
- Working Knowledge of QMS Systems ISO 13485: Working knowledge of QMS systems and ISO 13485.
- Knowledge of ISO and GMP Procedures: Knowledge of ISO and GMP procedures and cGDP and cGMP Medical Device Manufacturing.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3-5 Years Related Experience: 3-5 years of related experience in quality control or a related field.
- Recent Experience Working in a Quality Environment: Recent experience working in a quality environment.
- Ability to Perform and Document Test Data: Ability to perform and document test data.
