We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation team at HealthLink (Fitness Center). As a Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their health goals and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patients' physical and psychological well-being, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Develop and implement exercise plans tailored to individual patients' needs, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in data collection and analysis to inform patient care and program development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cardiac rehabilitation techniques and best practices, ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Texas State License for Registered Nurse.
- 1 year of clinical nursing experience, with a preference for experience in cardiac rehabilitation, telemetry, cath lab, Med/Surg, or ICU.
- Active healthcare provider Basic Life Support certification, with AHA Healthcare Provider BLS certification within 60 days of hire.
- AHA ACLS certification within 60 days of hire or transfer into role.
