About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members and ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts and ensure that the team is meeting McDonald's standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Monitor performance during the shift and take action to ensure that the team is meeting targets.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition and prepare for the next shift.
- Manage inventory, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant or retail environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
