Insurance Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Insurance Agent to join our team in Dayton, OH. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for building and leveraging a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community.

• Develop and maintain a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community.
• Provide consultative insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and growth goals.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

• Previous experience in a sales role with a proven track record of success.
• State insurance license or willingness to earn one with training and support.
• Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
