Job Title: Director, Marketing

Simon Property Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives and developing a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that generates revenue and drives business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities
  • Manage and execute national and regional SBV programs and initiatives
  • Develop and manage annual marketing budgets and forecasts
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
