We are seeking experienced Fish Cutters who share our passion for providing high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, accurately cutting and preparing fish according to our standards, and maintaining the highest levels of food safety and cleanliness.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must be at least 18 years old or older
• Experienced in accurate cutting, preparation, and portioning of fish
• Knowledgeable about food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness
• Eager to learn and grow with our company
