Job Summary:
As a skilled Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in the rehabilitation process of patients under the direction and supervision of the Rehabilitation Services team at Kaiser Permanente. Your expertise will be instrumental in evaluating patients, interpreting evaluation findings, and determining the nature and extent of dysfunction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients to determine the nature and extent of dysfunction
• Establish treatment goals and plans to achieve established goals
• Initiate discharge planning for occupational therapy
• Implement the treatment program through direct treatment of the patient
• Coordinate the treatment program with other healthcare personnel as appropriate
• Provide advice and education to patients and families

Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy curriculum with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and certification in occupational therapy or foreign-trained equivalent
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
• National Provider Identifier
• Current CA Occupational Therapy License or license eligibility letter prior to the first day of employment
