Salary: $1.50 per hour (LAN Shift 2)
Location: United States of America - Michigan
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Blaster to join our team. As a Blaster, you will be responsible for operating the Progressive blaster, ensuring parts meet specifications, and deburring overspray from the blaster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate multiple machines simultaneously
- Maintain machine performance by monitoring programs
- Complete shop work orders, inspection documentation, and daily maintenance sheets
- Perform tasks with moderate supervision, including making offsets and adjustments to machines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful as a Blaster, you should possess:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)
- Lean Manufacturing Experience (Preferred)
- Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing (Preferred)
