Virtual HIIT Class Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Class Instructor to teach a virtual 30-minute HIIT class each week. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging and effective group exercise classes, including dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, HIIT, and circuit training.
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for participants, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new exercise programs and services.
  • Communicate effectively with participants, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Current group exercise instructor certification from a nationally accredited organization (e.g., ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT).
  • Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from a reputable organization (e.g., American Heart Association, American Red Cross, American Safety & Health Institute).
  • 2+ years of experience in group exercise instruction, preferably in a virtual or online setting.
  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems.
