About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Professional to join our team at our franchise location in Willimantic, Connecticut. As a Tax Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional tax services to our clients, ensuring their tax needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tax interviews with clients, either in-person or virtually, to gather necessary information for tax preparation.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business and increase client retention through the sale of additional products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Mentor and support teammates to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
  • Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
  • Experience with tax planning and audit support.
  • Sales and/or marketing experience.
