We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality clinical services at STGi's Community Based Outpatient Clinic. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care, focusing on wellness, prevention, and early detection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary and preventive medical care within established scope of practice, ensuring comprehensive and patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with the Patient Aligned Care Team and support staff to achieve optimal health outcomes.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
- Document patient information accurately and ensure continuity of care, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Participate in professional development programs and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with a strong focus on outpatient care.
- Current and unrestricted DEA License and state license, as well as Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and computer skills, with the ability to set realistic education goals for patients.
